My experience at WINK (Lowell) was a 10 from the moment I walked in the door. The front desk staff were welcoming, inviting & professional. The lady that did my pre testing was the same. She explained what each test was for & was very helpful. I had had seen Dr. Tsagris in the past at another location, that was only 10 minutes from my home. When I heard she had went to another location. I didnt hesitate. I said im driving the hour to see her. She has went above & beyond for me in the past . Im VERY nearsighted & im difficult to match up with a contact lenses that’s comfortable & the vision is good. Other doctors in the past have tried me with a couple of trials. Dr. Tsagris never gave up in me. She would try & try again until we found the best that would serve both needs. She is very patient, friendly & professional at the same time. Oh, I also have difficulty finding eyeglasses. The past place I was at they had a large selection. But unless you liked the oversized, chunky very trendy styles. There wasn’t mych else. Here at WINK, they had so many styles, brands & designer frames. I found a pair that Im so excited about. They are great daily , fashionable & trendy & ver good quality. Using my insurance benefits my out of pocket was reasonable.
So if your one of those people ( like me) where nothing is ever simple or an easy fix. Take the extra time and go out to Wink, in Lowell, the extra drive is well work it.!! Thank you for all of your help. Im excited for my new glasses & contact lenses to arrive.
