I received a flyer in the mail from Wink Eye Care. My eye doctor had passed away a few years ago, and I had been searching for a new eye doctor that would provide the same level of care ever since. I had gone to several different places for an annual eye exam but wasn’t happy with any of them.

After reading the reviews, I decided to give Wink Eye Care a try. I was seen at the Lowell location by Dr. Kevin Johnson.

The building and facility is very nice. I was very impressed by the friendly staff (Hailee and Rosa) and all of the high tech equipment they utilize for the eye exam. Hailee walked me through each eye station and test. Then I met Dr. Johnson and gave him the background of my eye history and the things my former eye doctor had been keeping close tabs on at each of my visits. Dr. Johnson listened to all of my history and concerns. He asked questions, and we went over some things before he started to review the pictures and results of the eye tests. He showed me all of my eye pictures and explained everything in detail. All of my questions were answered. Dr. Johnson even did an extra eye test just so we were 100% sure there were no issues currently with my eyes and so we have a good baseline moving forward for future annual exams. He was extremely thorough and put all of my concerns I had when I came into the office at ease.

After the eye exam, Rosa spent time with me to look at several non-prescription sunglasses. She even ordered a pair so that I could compare them to a couple others I liked so that I felt good about my selection before purchasing a pair. Rosa told me that I would receive a text message when the non-prescription sunglasses arrived at their office. I received the text in a few business days as she had told me I would.

I went to their office again in Lowell and Rosa sat with me and adjusted each pair to fit comfortably on my face. She was very friendly, patient and professional. She took all the time I needed to finally make my selection and purchase the pair that I wanted.

I’m extremely happy with everyone, Dr. Johnson, Hailee and Rosa. I’m relieved to say that I’ve finally found my new eye care place! A place where all of the people are super nice, thorough, and you don’t feel rushed during your visit or like a number walking in the door. You won’t be disappointed coming here!
